Joshua started this agency in March of 2002 after spending almost 10 years in the television advertising business.  He started the company by himself and has watched it grow into the force that it is now.  Joshua concentrates on meeting with every new customer and discussing their goals for the future.  He loves to talk about building plans that turn financial dreams into reality.

Key responsibilities

Merita was hired in August of 2003 to help manage the phone calls and service the policies that the agency had built.  Merita is also responsible for the telemarketing efforts of the agency and oversees the contract employees during marketing blitzes.

Merita is a senior at Hastings High School and works for us part-time in the afternoons as a part of the schools work program.  She speaks English and Spanish and handles most of our data entry work.

Our Sales Producer recently accepted an agency management position with another firm.  While we hated to see him go it has created an opportunity for someone wanting to try their hand at insurance sales.

 

Sales Producer Opportunity

We are looking for someone capable of building a network of referral sources that will send prospective clients into our agency for insurance and financial services. You will be working with a successful Insurance Agency that is built on the principle of rapid growth.

Because this is a career based on selling, your success will depend on your ability to develop both your selling and product knowledge skills. The key to success in this industry is your ability to develop a referral network that will recruit your prospects for you. Note: This is a sales position with a commission structured compensation plan. There are also quarterly bonuses as well as occasional travel incentives. (3rd quarter bonus was a week of skiing in Tahoe!)
